MIST AND WEAN UNIT
Design Concepts:
To produce a control to provide a cutting with the optimum conditions of growth. In the early stages of growth the control can be set to give predominantly mist conditions. As the cutting matures, the interval between misting can be increased thereby effectively weaning the plant.
S Integral 3-way fused terminal block connected to a 240Vac 50Hz
supply
S Safe 24v AC 50Hz to irrigation valve. Output rated at 0.5 amp.
S Interval timing range from 30 seconds to 30 minutes.
S Burst length timer range from 0 to 10 seconds.
S The following control options are available:
(a) Mist, no leaf connected, used as a timed function interval plus mist no leaf override.
(b) Mist until leaf wet (interval plus mist with no leaf override.) Leaf connected
(c) Mist until leaf wet (interval plus mist with leaf override). Leaf
connected.
(d) Mist continuously until leaf wet (mist only). Interval set to a minimum
of zero seconds. Leaf connected.
S Can be used solely as a mist controller.
S Leaf or continuous control, switch selectable.
S Manual trigger for mist burst.
S Adjustable leaf sensitivity control with LED indications.
S Wet leaf sensor lead lengths to a maximum of 20 metres.
S Fused on primary and secondary outputs.
